EpandMedia produced two radio ads for Steve Francis, current candidate for mayor of San Diego running against incumbent Mayor Jerry Sanders.

The ads - "No More" and "For a Change" -- highlight Francis' experience as an independent business man, and his intentions to get corruption and excessive taxation out of city government and protect the environment.
