EpandMedia Produces Two TV and
Radio ads for New Jersey Cable Television Association; Ads Alert
State to the Hidden Costs in Verizon’s Bid to Enter New Jersey’s
Cable TV Market
“The Verizon Cable Tax”
“A Really Bad Idea”
Epandmedia produced two ads for Squier Knapp Dunn’s client
the NJCTA The 30 second TV ads are airing on Comcast and Cablevision
in New Jersey to counter an initiative by Verizon to enter the cable
TV business in New Jersey. The opposition is based in the fact that
the phone company’s licensing by the state would unfairly
cost New Jersey taxpayers additional money whether they get Verizon’s
service or not. Spearheaded by SKD consultant Jim Mulhall, the spots
were directed by Mark Traver and produced by Len Epand. Len Epand
also produced two 60 second radio ads which dramatize the same message.
