In 2002 Epand produced many spots for Rod Blagojevich for Illinois Governor, the Iowa Democratic Party (helping Senator Tom Harkin), Tony Sanchez for Texas Governor, and Jay Rockefeller for Senate (from West Virginia). In 2003 he created two spots for Cablevision.
